Ginikanwa
Ginikanwa is a dynamic, results-driven communications leader with over 19 years of experience in corporate communications, brand management, digital engagement, and change communications across global teams. She is currently Head of Communications, Brand and Events at Lafarge Africa Plc (a member of Huaxin Building Materials Group).
She holds an M.Sc. in Media and Communication from Pan Atlantic University and a B.A. from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka. She is a member of IABC and NIPR, and a Maxwell-certified coach and speaker.
Her recognitions include Top 100 Corporate Communications Leaders in Africa (2026), Corporate Communications Professional of the Year (2025), the Lafarge CEO Award for Excellence and Innovation (2025), Woman of Excellence (2023), and Africa’s Most Inspirational Women in Leadership (2022 & 2023). She was also listed among YNaija’s 100 Most Inspiring Women in Nigeria (2022).
